Kate and Wills have opted for a buffet-style wedding lunch rather than a lavish sit-down meal... FCYC celebrates their wedding day on April 29 buffet-style as well, as our gutsiest chefs compete to feed other members, family and friends on this fun day. RULES:
There are 3 categories - appetizer, main entree, dessert. Each competitor will be notified as to how much food to prepare (not to exceed 15-people servings), based on the number of registered attendees as of 7pm on April 28. The chef and his/her significant other are exempt from the $12 registration fee.
A. Appetizer - open to a maximum of 4 competitors, may include soup, salad
B. Main entree - open to a maximum of 5 competitors; must include carbs, greens, and protein
C. Dessert - open to a maximum of 4 competitors
Each competitor must register by 7pm on Monday, April 25 by posting on this blog, providing his/her name and the dish that will be prepared, or e-mail Sanmercer@gmail.com. The competitor will serve each diner on the buffet line and will provide a list of ingredients used for his/her dish. This list will serve as a ballot for the final voting.

Appetizer - 25% of the cash pot
Main entree - 25% of the cash pot
Dessert - 25% of the cash pot
The Social Committee will use the remaining 25% for any necessary expenses on this and future events.
